If you are encountering problems with login in for example Office365-services, first try a different browser.
If the problem persists you can try to change your password.
You can change your password in jumpin.lamk.fi
New password should be at least 16 characters long and contain at least three of these:
- Uppercase characters
- Lowercase characters
- Special characters (! # etc.)

After you have changed your password you need to wait approximately 10 minutes before the password is active.
